 Genesis Parent Portal is open.

DISABLED PARENT ACCOUNTS WILL NOW ONLY BE RE-ACTIVATED TUESDAYS TO FRIDAYS AT 8:00 AM AND AGAIN AT 1:00 PM NOT DAILY AS PREVIOUSLY NOTED.  

Please use the "forgot password" link if you have trouble logging on.  After 5 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be disabled for security reasons.  If that happens, you must wait until the next re-activation day to request the password reset.  If you have issues after receiving the password reset, contact Joanne Englander at [email protected]

Diocese of Trenton Parent Access Instructions
All schools in the Diocese of Trenton use an electronic Student Information system which includes student data information, attendance, and grade reporting.  Parents with students in grades 3-8 will have access to all these items during the school year.  Parents with students in grades K - 2 can only view student contact information, attendance, and the report card.

 

Report Cards
Directions for Viewing/Printing Report Card  

All report cards are now available electronically.  The Parent Portal will close when the Trimester closes and will re-open after report cards have been processed.  At that time, you may access the Parent Portal to view your child's report card.

• Trimester 1 - Parent Access will close at the end of the first trimester.  It will re-open on the Report Card distribution day after 4:00 pm.

• Trimester 2 - Parent Access will close at the end of the second trimester.  It will re-open on the Report Card distribution day after 4:00 pm.

• Trimester 3 - Parent Access will close at the end of the third trimester.  It will re-open on the last day of school after 4:00 pm.

• Every parent has access to the Parent Portal via the email the school has on file for the primary contact (usually the mother).  If you have a two-household family, please contact Joanne Englander at [email protected] to add an additional contact.
• If you have an existing Genesis account but do not remember your password, please use the forgot password link on the Genesis homepage.
• If you are a new family at Saint Ann School, you will receive a welcome email at the beginning of the school year after the Portal opens.
• For security reasons, accounts are disabled after 5 unsuccessful attempts.  Please use the forgot password link before you reach 5 attempts.
• Disabled accounts can only be re-activated by the Diocese.  You cannot request a password reset until your account is re-activated.
