GENESIS PARENT PORTAL 

The Grading component of the Portal will close on the following dates:
8th Grade - Friday, May 19
Kindergarten - Tuesday, May 30
Grades 1 to 7 - Friday, June 2
 The Portal will re-open on Friday, June 9 for 8th Grade and Tuesday, June 13 for Kindergarten to 7th.  Final report cards will be available at that time.
The Portal will close permanently for the summer on June 27.  Please be sure to view and/or print your child's report card by that date.

 IF YOU ARE LOCKED OUT, YOU MUST WAIT 24 HOURS FOR ACCOUNT TO RE-ACTIVATE.
Please use the "forgot password" link if you are having trouble logging on.  After 5 unsuccessful logon attempts, your account will be locked out for security reasons.  If that happens, you must wait until the next day to request the password reset.  If you have issues after receiving the password reset, contact Karen Meagher at kmeagher@st-ann-school.org.

Directions for Viewing/Printing Report Card  

All schools in the Diocese of Trenton use an electronic Student Information system which includes student data information, attendance, and grade reporting.  During the school year parents with students in grades 3-8 will have access to all these items.  Parents with students in grades K - 2 will only be able to view student contact information, attendance, and the report card.

Report Cards

All report cards are now available electronically.  Parent Portal will close when the Trimester closes and will re-open after report cards are processed.  At that time, you may access Parent Portal to view your child's report card.

• Trimester 1 - Parent Access will close at the end of the first trimester.  It will re-open on Report Card distribution day after 4:00 pm.

• Trimester 2 - Parent Access will close at the end of the second trimester.  It will re-open on Report Card distribution day after 4:00 pm.

• Trimester 3 - Parent Access will close at the end of the third trimester.  It will re-open on the last day of school after 4:00 pm.

Things to Know

• Every parent has access to the Parent Portal via the email the school has on file for the primary contact (usually the mother).  If you have a two household family, please contact Karen Meagher at kmeagher@st-ann-school.org to add an additional contact.
• If you have an existing Genesis account but do not remember your password, please use the forgot password link on the Genesis homepage.
• If you are a new family at Saint Ann School, you will receive a welcome email in the beginning of the school year after the Portal opens.
• For security reasons, accounts are locked out after 5 unsuccessful attempts.  Please use the forgot password link before you reach 5 attempts.
• All disabled accounts will be re-activated each night by the Diocese.  You cannot request a password reset until your account is re-activated.
