As indicated in the SAS Parent/Student Handbook, a parent/guardian must call the school nurse to report a student’s absence. ALL absences must be reported to the nurse. If no call has been received, the school nurse will make a reasonable effort to reach a parent/guardian by phone to verify the legitimacy of the absence. These procedures represent a mutual effort to account for the presence of the student during school hours for their safety.

Please have all forms filled out prior to September 1st.

The Diocese of Trenton no longer accepts moral or religious exemptions as reasons why a child is unvaccinated. 
A medical exemption must be completed by the child's physician.
All students must be in compliance of required immunizations when school starts in September.
