February Update!

We hope your children enjoyed all of the wonderful activities during Catholic Schools Week and thank you to all of our PTA Board members, Event Chairs, and Volunteers who made the week so special. We love having you be part of these fun events for our students.

Gala/Auction

Our Parent Gala/Silent Auction is being held on Saturday February 24th! RSVPs are due by Friday February 9th. You should have received your formal invitation sent home with your children. The electronic Evite that was sent was only to gauge interest. You must submit your physical response card with payment by 2/9/24. The Gala is a time for our parents to come together, mingle, eat, dance, and bid on some fun auction items. This year your ticket price includes open bar! We are committed to a minimum attendance of 100. As of now, we are well below that number and we do not want to be forced to cancel this special event. You DO NOT need to be a St. Ann's Parent to attend. Grab a group of friends and come dance the night away!

If you know a company who would be interested in sponsoring a table, please reach out to Monica Haley ([email protected]) for more information. Our table sponsors receive 2 tickets and their company name/logo on the table, in our program, and on a sponsor sign at the entrance!

Someone Special Dance

Our Someone Special Dance will be held Saturday February 10th and is open to students of all grades and an adult "special someone" of their choice! This is not a drop-off event, so please plan to stay with your children. It is $5 per person at the door. There will be pizza available to purchase for $2 per slice. CASH ONLY!

Read-a-Thon

Our Read-a-Thon is at $2,346 of our $10,000 goal! If 200 of our students each raised $50, we would hit the goal! We have 7 days to reach our goal--who can you ask to sponsor your child? You receive 90% towards your financial commitment.

Gertrude Hawk

Gertrude Hawk flyers were sent home this week. This is a fundraiser with yummy chocolate and candy that is perfect for Easter Baskets! You will receive 30% towards your financial commitment.

Super 50/50 Sales

We are still selling our Super 50/50 tickets, but we NEED your help!! Tickets are $10 each and if all tickets are sold, the prizes total $10,000! There are 3 prizes to win! Sell to your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, etc. Please contact Rachel Young to request a book here. We have 3 weekends of masses to still sell at. Click here to sign up!

RaiseRight

When you purchase gift cards through RaiseRight, you earn a percentage back that is split between a PTA and Tuition Credit. You'll earn 50% towards tuition credit and 50% towards your PTA financial commitment. It is very easy to sign up for a RaiseRight account and start earning rewards right away.

Box Tops for Education

Please help us reach our goal by being sure to use this link to earn our school bonus box tops! So far we are at $146 in funds raised this year. We would love to hit our $1,000 goal! Be sure to send with your friends and family, as it's an easy way to be rewarded for products you are buying anyway!

How we are doing

Here's a quick recap of our most recently completed fundraisers and the amounts we have raised so far this year. We are so appreciative of everyone who helps to make these fundraisers a success. From the chairs and volunteers, to the participants and sponsors, we couldn't do it without all of you!

Dress Down Week Fundraiser: $1,470

Jan Cash Bingo: $4,335.81

Dress Down for Gaga Pit: $714

*Update on Gaga Pit: We have currently raised around $2,000 of the approximately $7,000 that we anticipate the full project will cost.
