Saint Ann School wonderful PTA will host its annual Hot Chocolate Day on Friday, Dec. 20. Our students will be treated to hot chocolate and cookies which will be distributed to them in their classrooms by some of our dedicated parent volunteers. On Saturday, December 7, 2019, Saint Ann School will host a Christmas Party for HomeFront kids in the Saint Ann School gym, our Advent day of giving. At the party, children from HomeFront will have an opportunity to “shop” for gifts for their family and friends. A gift drive was held during the month of November to fill our store shelves with a variety of gift items for the kids to select from for their family and friends. The donations were very generous as usual. Thank you St. Ann’s families and parishioners for your support and contribution!
HO, HO, HO! Attention children in Pre-3 through 4th Grade!!! St. Nicholas is coming to have breakfast at Saint Ann School on Saturday, 12/14! Be sure to bring in the whole family for some holiday fun before you head out to your Christmas shopping. Santa will be attending so parents, be sure to bring your camera along to capture this special moment. Breakfast with Santa will take place in the school cafeteria from 10 am to 11:30 am. We look forward to seeing you there!
Saint Ann School's annual Christmas Pageant is just around the corner! On Thursday, 12/12 SAS students in grades 4 through 8 will perform in Mrs. Moya's Christmas program which includes the Nativity story and puts emphasis on the spiritual aspects of Christmas with performances by the Choir Chimes and the Student Choir. The pageant will take place at the Church of St. Ann and will offer a matinee performance at 12:30 pm and an evening performance at 6:30 pm. We look forward to celebrating Christmas with you!

On December 3rd, 2019, Saint Ann School and other Catholic schools from across the Diocese of Trenton are participating in Giving Tuesday, the global day of charitable giving that follows Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Giving Tuesday is a day of charity that fosters connection and generosity which helps you bring real change to your community. 100% of the monies raised through this campaign will go directly to the Catholic school that you specify in your donation. 8th-grade students led the school in an Advent prayer service today. The ceremony was held in the gymnasium where all students, staff, and family members prayed with songs and scriptures preparing for the feast of the Lord's Nativity.

"Oh come let us adore him!" Saint Ann School students performed for families and friends last night reminding the audience what Christmas is truly about. The annual SAS Christmas Pageant included many beautiful Christmas themed songs, combining the classics with traditional carols from around the world. More about this story on our News webpage. The Liberty Council staged a live Nativity Scene outside of the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday, 12/12. Participants sang, prayed, and read scriptures.
Saint Ann School and Parish children in 7th and 8th grade volunteered their time on Saturday, Dec. 8 during the Advent Day of Giving event. This annual service project is sponsored by the SAS PTA and offers a chance to all Confirmation candidates in the Saint Ann community to donate their time and share the Christmas spirit with those less privileged. SAS students offer their service to our Saint Ann community as altar servers on the first Sunday of Advent. Serving at Sunday Mass it's a wonderful way to give during this Advent season.
