Grade Two, Grade Two
Let's put it all in view.
God wants us to learn, love, and share,
So in all that we do show that you care.
Let's make the world a better place,
Starting with Grade Two to set the pace!
I am so very excited to be here at St. Ann's School for my eighth year! I know it will be another great and, certainly, memorable one! This will be my first year teaching second grade, so I am very excited to have the special opportunity in helping to prepare the children for the sacraments of Reconcilation, and First Holy Communion! Last year, I taught third grade, as many of you know, because I had the pleasure of working with some of your older children. I have taught first grade for five years here, and am so very blessed to have the amazing opprtunity to work with so many amazing families again this year! Four years ago, I taught Kindergarten, which I so enjoyed, too! I have nineteen years of experience in the field of education. I taught fourth grade for twelve years at Lawrence Intermediate School before I took time to be home with my three daughters: Haley, a sophomore at Lock Haven Universtity, Hope, an eighth-grader at Lawrence Middle School, and Heather, a sixth grader at Lawrence Intermediate School.
Teaching young children has always been my passion since I was a child, so I am so fortunate to be able to do exactly what I love each day! It is most rewarding to witness the excitement and eagerness of the children when they learn something new! I hope to inspire, encourage, and nurture the academic, spiritual, personal, and physical growth of each of my students.
I look forward to working with you and your children this year. If you need to contact me, the best way is through email: nlestician@st-ann-school.org.
Happy New School Year! I am so excited to get started, and work with all of you! It's going to be an amazing year!
